Reagan Home Still For Sale LOS ANGELES (AP) President Reagan's Pacific Palisades home still is on the market after the first potential buyer to offer the full asking price was turned away on the basis of the terms he wanted. The terms of the $1.9 million offer by Long Beach Realtor John Saunders "were totally unacceptable," said James Wix, vice president of Coldwell Banker, the firm handling the sale for the Reagans. Wix declined to elaborate Monday, and Saunders was unavailale for comment.

The house where the president and his wife, Nancy, lived until they moved to the White House has been for sale for six months. Saunders had said he wanted the house to turn over to a ommunity group such as the YMCA. Her husband, Vaughn Richardson, died past April 6. She was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. Surviving are a sister and two brothers, Loretta Mousehardt and Joseph T. and Robert L.

Shriver, all of Baltimore. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in Parsons Cemetery, Salisbury. The Rev. Mast will officiate.

The family suggests that contributions may be made to the Peninsula General Hospital Medical Center Radiation Therapy Facility. Arrangements are being handled by the Hill-BakerBounds Funeral Home, Salisbury. Davidson had been associated with the Tidewater Inn here for 32 years and was honored for her service during the hotel's annual Christmas celebration last December. She joined the staff of the Tidewater Inn in Aug. 1949, a month before it opened to the public. Over the years she had worked as a waitress, hostess, supervisor of the dining room and for the past five and a half years as administrative assistant to inn manager Ant.on Hoevenaars. At Asbury Church she served as a communion stewardess, secretary of the United Methodist Women and as a member of the usher board.

She was also a member of the Easton Soroptimist Club and the Talbot County Chapter of the National Secretaries Association. Surviving are her husband, Lafayette Davidson; a son, Sgt. Bruce Davidson, stationed in Arkansas; two grandchildren; three sisters, Susie Trader, Salisbury, Dora Nichols, Mardela Springs, and Ella Cornish, Westover; two brothers, Briscoe Barkley and Edward Maddox, Princess Anne, and several nieces and nephews.
