A funeral service will be held Tuesday at noon at Bounds Funeral Home on East Main Street in Salisbury, where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Pittsville Cemetery ELMO FRANCIS WAGNER, 86, of Whiting, N.J., and formerly of Princess Anne, died Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2003, at Health Care Center at Crestwood of kidney disease. There will be a memorial service at 1 p.m.

Friday at Hin-man Funeral Home in Princess Mr. Wagner will be interred immediately following the service next to his wife, Helen Harper Wagner, at Beechwood Cemetery in Princess Anne. bury, where friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Interment will be in Springhill Memory Gardens in Hebron.

ETHEL TOADVINE MULLIKIN, 83, of Cape Coral, and formerly of Salisbury, died Friday, Dec. 19, 2003, at Coral Trace Rehabilitation Center. A memorial service will be held in Salisbury at Faith Baptist Church on Dagsboro Road at 7 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, 2004.

Her ashes will be interred in Wicomico Memorial Park in Salisbury. STELLA G. Funeral services will be held at noon Monday at Framp-tom Funeral Home in Federals-burg. Interment will follow at Eastern Shore Veterans Cemetery near Hurlock. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 11 a.m. to noon. A daughter, Charlotte Toadvine Scott, died March 20, 2003. A celebration of her life is being held this weekend in Cape Coral. A candlelight memorial service will be held in Salisbury at Faith Baptist Church, 30505 Dagsboro Road, at 7 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, 2004.

She moved to Florida in June from Salisbury, where she was a resident of Salisbury Rehabilitation and Nursing Center on Civic Avenue for two years. Born at Mount Hermon, near Salisbury, she was the daughter of the late James E. and Sadie Parsons Mathews. She was a 1938 graduate of Wicomico High School. In the 1940s, she was one of the early pioneers along with her husband, the late Norman Toadvine, and her parents, in the development of the Delmarva poultry industry They owned and operated the Mathews Hatchery which produced chickens for growers.

They also owned and operated three poultry farms, a feed mill and an egg business. Years later before her retirement, she was an office manager with Enterprise Plumbing and Heating in Salisbury. Prior to going to the nursing home, she lived at Pine Bluff Village on Riverside Drive. She was a member of Delmarva Evangelistic Church. Mullikin is survived by three sons, Mel Toadvine of Lehigh Acres, near Fort Myers, who was editor of The Daily Times for 20 years, and his wife, Barbara, Norman F.

Toadvine Jr. and his wife, Bonnie, of Par-sonsburg and Edward M. Toadvine and his wife, Diane, of Cape Coral. Also surviving are nine grandchildren, David Toadvine, (Laura), of Cape Coral, Kristina Toadvine Van-Meter, (Dan), of Salisbury; TSgt. Bruce Arnold Scott stationed with the U.S.
