Prior to moving here, Mr. Stamp had been a prominent real estate and mortgage broker in the Washington, D. C. area for more than 25 years. He was a World War II Coast Guard veteran.

Mr. Stamp was a charter member of the Bethesda Rescue Squad and was a member of Ocean City's Sinepuxent American Legion Post No. 166. Suriviving are his wife, Mrs. Irmgard Stamp; eight chil dren, R.

Joanne Campbell, Philadelphia, and Mrs. Jeanne Park Phoenix, Ariz. Mr. Stamp was born in Washington, and was a son of the late R. Marbury and Mildred Rawlings Stamp.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in St. Paul-By The Sea Episcopal Church here. The rector, the Rev. Holland L.
